Pale Blush in color, this dry Rosé is refreshingly clean with notes of strawberry, watermelon, mango, and hints of white jasmine.

It is juicy, lively Pinot Noir, offers cracked black pepper alongside crunchy red fruits, tobacco leaf and salty soil aromas. raspberry and black cherry with a hint of earthy mushroom.

 

Humble Roots, Shiraz Viognier South Australia (2020)

It has layers of fleshy plum, oak, and blackberry. Additionally, it also has hints of wet earth, incense, ash, cocoa, black currant, pepper, and an earthy finish.

 

 

A note from Christina,

 This is a great way to expand your palate... More less knowledge!! I'm not a restaurant establishment yet I'm able to provide a space where I've hand select Artisan Chef's to articulate the beauty with balance between food, and my wines I represent in my wine shop. This is also an opportunity for my wine educators to showcase there portfolio. Share the life of the winemaking experience, and the farmers story behind the grapes. I've more less enjoyed the overall evolution of having these events because I love to see the excitement watching your enjoyment by trying new things under my roof.

My goal is to create an environment where one's feel safe to endure the simple pleasures in food, and wine. Plus gathering with a new face to share an experience!
